A: Rest assured, Zarvo stands behind the quality of our products. If you find any defects or damaged parts (such as broken bulbs or wiring issues) within the warranty period, we will ship you free replacement parts immediately. Your satisfaction is our priority.

A: Not at all. Every product comes with a detailed step-by-step installation guide. We also provide video tutorials for many of our products on our website. If you run into any issues, our technical support team is available to provide remote assistance and walk you through the process.

Check Parts
Make sure all parts are included and undamaged.
Prepare the Area
Remove the old fixture if needed. Ensure the ceiling, wall, or junction box can safely support the new light.
Install the Bracket/Base
Secure the mounting bracket, plate, or base with the provided hardware.
Secure the Fixture
Tuck wires safely inside and fasten the fixture body, canopy, or base.
Finish & Test
Install bulbs, shades, glass, or decorative parts if needed. Restore power and test the light.
Note: Do not exceed the recommended bulb wattage. For dimmable lights, use compatible bulbs and dimmers.
